You will get up and get moving as Sandy and Amy lead you to explore the wise resource that is alive and well in your body. Practice how to stay connected to what you care about most deeply and act with grace and dignity under stress and pressure. This is the path of
embodied and inspired leadership.
 
 
Sandy Sagraves brings 30 years’ experience as a somatic coach and body worker. A Certified Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute who has spent 20 years as a recreation therapist on the neurologic rehabilitation unit at Stanford Medical Center, Sandy empowers people to embody a vibrant and authentic presence.
 
 
 
 
Amy BeberVanzo developed her awareness of the body through the study of aikido, a martial 
art founded on principles of peace and connection. With a rich life history as
 
scientist, parent and business owner, this Strozzi Institute Somatic Coach now works with a broad client base, helping each person build self-awareness and success through practices that access the wisdom of the body.

An integral part of success is being involved in your own community and expanding your network. Connections raises funds to help support higher education re-entry scholarship grants for women attending Santa Rosa Junior College and Sonoma State University. We also encourage members to establish community affiliations and to volunteer within our organization.
