Judith began in the financial services field in Boston, Ma. in 1960. After 4 years she married, had a family, moved to Oklahoma and then to Seattle, Washington in 1969.She arrived in California in 1975. In 1981 Judith then became licensed to sell insurance and earned her Series 6, 7, and 63 Securities licenses. Judith serves her clients by assisting them in establishing financial strategies in preparing for retiremen

Kristen Weiers is a financial advisor in Santa Rosa, and specializes in working with women experiencing transitions like divorce, retirement and career change. Her practice includes financial planning, risk management, wealth accumulation, and distribution strategies, and she enjoys working with women executives and business owners. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys hiking, running and rock climbing, and is currently pursuing her pilot's license.

Paula DuVander PsyD, LMFT has been working in the Mental Health field in Sonoma County for over 30 years. Her dedication to community service and helping others to achieve their goals was a big draw for joining the Connections Organization. Paula helps people to find creative ways to handle life's challenges and has found the women in Connections to be supportive, welcoming and willing to help other women to succeed in business and all areas of their lives.

Cynthia Riggs, MBA has lived, worked, and prospered in Sonoma County since 1974. As a successful lifestyle entrepreneur, she started and exited three successful businesses. She uses her business acumen and educational background to support women in developing profitable businesses that connect their passion to a revenue stream. She is a certified One Page Business Plan' consultant, business coach, and teaches classes on marketing, business planning, leadership, and financial literacy.

Katy Redmon, Certified Hypnotherapist works in private practice in Petaluma, Ca doing Clinicial Medical Hypnosis and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. She specializes in Past Life Regression Therapy and is a certified teacher of the 15th Step Process. Katy's passion is to assist people in changing their thinking so they can change their lives for the better. She guides people to rescript their lives in order to be free from the past.

Administrative Assistant - Suzanne Allen

Suzanne Allen imports and distributes custom promotional products through her company Products2Impress. She uses her experience in product development and sourcing to create promotional items for clients ranging from national retailers to small, local non-profits. She strives to find the perfect solution whether it’s with a single item or creating a branding program. Prior to Products2Impress, her corporate experience includes Levi Strauss, Restoration Hardware and HearthSong.

Education Committee Chair - Lorraine Segal

Through her business, Conflict Remedy, Lorraine Segal, MA, offers support and tools to help people transform and heal challenging communication. Her focus is helping families (parents & teens), couples, people at work, and individuals via coaching sessions, presentations, and workshops.
