Connections was founded by women who enjoyed the company of other professional entrepreneurial women—women interested not only in their businesses but also in supporting their community. Connections has developed into a vibrant organization committed to the success of its current members and those who haven’t yet "joined" us. Connections is a coming together of women business owners, women managers, professionals and working women with a commitment to individual success and giving back to the community.

Connections accomplishes this in three ways:

Provides information, education and networking tools to support women to be financially successful;
Raises money to provide scholarships and gifts to women and organizations that support women in Marin/Sonoma counties; and
Aligns with women’s organizations to create a network of support for women, including young women and women in transition throughout Marin/Sonoma counties.

Connections currently offers three meetings each month (breakfast and dinner meetings in Santa Rosa and a dinner meeting in San Rafael) which give members an opportunity to network and to create a pool of resources for themselves. Connections meeting presentations cover issues that we deal with personally and professionally. Connections provides a unique opportunity to grow your business and grow your commitment to supporting your community!
